As a guarantee of quality we can assure you that all our engineers are manufacturer trained and supply and fit only manufacturers approved parts and supplies.
Technicians are targeted to provide response times to service requests for office equipment. The target is 4 hours and in the event that any equipment could not be repaired within a reasonable time frame a suitable backup alternative will be provided.
Parts, labour, call out, routine maintenance & toner are included in the standard service contract.
For clients with specific individual needs bespoke service agreements are available to ensure we deliver exactly to your business requirements.
